The Federal government has clearly overstepped it's Constitutional limitations. There are many citizens of the State of California that no longer believe that the U.S. Government has our best interests at heart. We therefore petition the U.S. Government to allow us to secede from the union and form our own government which will allow the state to attend to the needs of it's own citizens rather than being dictated to by an uncaring federal government.
