Peacefully grant the State of California to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

California is the 7th largest economy in the world. Let the state govern itself and start to recover from the worst depression since the Great Depression in the 1930's. Californians know what is best and what works for California, not politicians in Washington DC. We are weighed down too heavily with BIG Government and required to fund federal mandates that we cannot afford.
