Peacefully grant the State of California to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

This petition is being created due to the fact that California is losing tens of thousands of jobs to other states and countries. California is the 8th largest economy in the world as of 2011 and has the resources to sustain itself. Peacefully grant the State of California independence from the United States of America and create a NEW government.
