Peacefully grant the State of California to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

California has the highest economy in the United States, and California has had lots of school closures, and many cities had gone bankrupt, and California has lots of poverty, with major cities like Los Angeles, Stockton, San Jose, Fresno, or other cities with a high percent of poverty, California will be better of as an independent country, i'm a californian myself, and i feel that California should become an independent country.
