Peacefully grant the State of California to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights, over-regulation and taxation without representation. Given that the state of California is the 3rd largest economy in the world we have the opportunity to still return California to the thriving state it once was, including reaffirming to be "the bread-basket" to the world, the hub of innovation, and a bastion of new ideas that the world desperately needs. It is practically feasible for California to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideals of our Founding Fathers.
