Peacefully grant the State of California to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The federal government continues to trample on California's sovereignty through the DHS, TSA, DEA etc. Its citizens continue to be subjected to unconstitutional laws such as the NDAA, Patriot Act, and so forth. America no longer represents what was laid out in the Constitution by our founding fathers. To withdraw from the union, its citizens will reinstate the Constitution and ensure the protection of liberty through the new Republic of California.
