Peacefully grant the State of California to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The system of checks and balances could easily be broken.
The ideals and principles of the people of California will not be properly heard after your presidency, Mr. Obama, and we have the right to stand by them.
We are a state that takes pride in our progress and education, but this election proved a large part of the nation wants to regress and applauds ignorance.
California is the 6th largest economy in the world and growing, so it is feasible to leave the US and protect our standard of living, rights and liberties.
