The U.S continues to deteriorate both economically and constitutionally from the federal government's neglect to restore/reform domestic and foreign policy/spending;
The federal government has diminished the economy by : using taxpayers money for bail-outs of banks and corporations, reluctance to audit the Federal Reserve, unbalanced spending on the defense department, using taxpayers money to fund foreign bureaucracy;
The citizens of the US suffer from clear violations of their rights such as the NDAA, TSA, MCA, HR347, Patriot Act, Etc;
In accordance, to the Declaration Of Independence California holds the right to withdraw from the union, this will protect individual sovereignty and prosperity, as the federal government fails to do so.
