The Declaration of Independence gives provisions for states to peacefully withdraw from a government that is repeatedly injuring and usurping the Americans' rights and liberties. Please allow the State of Colorado to peacefully withdraw to uphold the US Constitution as it's primary law and the State Constitution subject to it. The US is a republic which means that the people elect officials to represent the people and all are ruled by law. In my opinion the current Federal government has no regard for the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of the people of the United Sates.
