Peacefully grant the State of Florida to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights were created to protect the citizen from the government that governs them. Over the years the United States Government has continued to violate our civil liberties through actions like the Patriot Act, NDAA,TSA and others. It's foreign and domestic spending is out of control and the people are suffering from the government's fiscal incompetence. The government is no longer transparent in their actions and restrict the states from governing themselves. The original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers are no longer present in the United States Government. To re-secure our rights and liberties Florida must withdraw from the United States.
Not all of us are legally United States citizens but we are all first and foremost Floridians.
