When Hawaii secedes from the USA, it will be governed under a NEW Municipal Corporation. This will allow Hawaii's different island counties to reject by vote the failing laws and politicians. We will be able to create a life that allows business growth for our future. This form of governance will only be run by decisions voted on by local residents. Only the people of Hawaii know the real solutions. It's time we end Federal taxing and make our own decisions as to how our hard-earned money is spent.
