Peacefully grant the State of Idaho to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

Comes Now, The People of the Great State of Idaho, duly attesting to and certifying;The Federal Government has demonstrated abuses of power trampling over the rights of State constitutions, and forcing unconstitutional laws over its own citizens, and preventing or ignoring enumerable redress of grievances by the people of the United States; The Federal Government has imposed policies on Idaho that are not in Idaho’s best interests, and we as citizens would respectively and peaceably separate ourselves from a tyrannical Government who cares nothing about creating a sustainable future for our children. Thus, we are impel to this proposition for separation. We the people believe this course of action would protect its citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties.
