The People of Indiana peacefully request that the State of Indiana be granted to secede from The United States of America and to create it's own Government.
We feel that the current American Government has Unconstitutionally breached the peoples Constitutional rights, by no longer being BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE, but now taking the stance of BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE GOVERNMENT.
We feel that the current President of The United States of America has Unconstitutionally broken the Presidential Oath.
In addition, The Government of the United states has over taxed the People, has created their own excessive salaries and Governmental spending that has far exceeded the American Debt threshold to one that can never be repaid or continued, putting America as a nation in irreparable harm.
