It has become apparent and has for some time, that the United States government has NO regard to the wishes of the American people. So, in order to maintain the general welfare and promote domestic tranquility, we the undersigned, ask that the State of Kansas be granted the right to peacefully withdraw from the United States of America and create it's own NEW government.
