We the people of the great state of Kansas seek to re-secure our rights and liberties in accordance with the original intentions and beliefs of our founding fathers, which are no longer being reflected by the federal government. The people of Kansas continue to suffer from the tyranny of the federal government, the enactment of legislation not in our interests, the blatant reinterpretation of the constitution by the federal judiciary, and the abuse of executive authority through mandates and selective enforcement of laws.
