The People of the State of Kansas must convene and assert their state’s national sovereignty, refuting the current regime’s claim of sovereign national authority over them; and the rest will be up to the regime in order to accept or refuse it, and the manner thereof; and the resulting course of action by the state in response.
The People of Kansas wish to have their voice heard and decide how debt is created, healthcare mandated, and security controlled, to name a few. Kansas is one of few states left that is able to maintain a balanced budget and this is not reflected by the Federal Government.
The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government - lest it come to dominate our lives and interest.
