Peacefully grant the state of Kentucky to withdraw from the United States of America and create it's own NEW government.

To Secede the state of Kentucky from the the United States of America because it has become necassary for one people to desolve the political bands which have commited with one another and to assume amomg the powers of the earth the separate and equal stations to which the Laws of Nature's God entitles them a decient respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. Governments are instituted among Men, deriving thier just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute NEW Government.
