We the people of the great state of Maryland, do not believe that the Federal Government is leading us justly. Therefore, as free men and women, it is time to take matters into our own hands to ensure the continuation of our freedom, and govern ourselves without the intrusion of the federal government, as was the original intent of our forefathers.
