Peacefully grant State of Maryland to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own new government.

Grant the people of the State of Maryland the right to form a government based on the principles of our forefathers, the original bill of rights, a guarantee of autonomy, the right for all adult citizens of the State of Maryland to vote, and socialism is not constitutional. The State of Maryland will hold these truths to be self evident and in need of protection under the laws to be established in a fair and just manner.
