Peacefully grant the State of Maryland to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The current state of the U.S government has deteriorated so badly that soon it will not be able to provide for itself at all. The Declaration of Independence states that is the citizens of a nation do not feel their government is capable of protecting the basic humans rights, they are entitled to replace the governing body. If Maryland can support itself using its own economy and resources, then the state should be allowed to succeed from the Union that cannot do so itself.
