Peacefully grant the State of Massachusetts to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW governm

Let America once again be a confederation of powerful states - not a federal government of powerful people.
If any state proposes a viable and better government, award them special status as a confederated state.
We were taxed less and represented as well by the Tories.
