Peacefully grant the State of Minnesota to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

We the people of Minnesota feel that the current government is not staying true to the ideals and beliefs of our founding fathers and it is not only our right but our duty to secede from the Union and establish Minnesota as a sovereign state free to follow in the path of our founding fathers in embracing life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. For the government has taken a path of self-destruction accumulating massive debt, limiting personal freedoms, while denying the American people the right to be properly informed of what happens inside our own government. So the circumstances as they stand will force the Great Land of Minnesota to be finally granted the right and the responsibility to govern ourselves.
