Peacefully Grant the State of Nebraska to Secede From the United States and to Join With Texas in Seceding.

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. The people of Nebraska and many other states are sick of the constant governmental spending and raising of taxes, as well as the poor job creation. That is why the state of Nebraska and other states would like to created a seperate nation where the economy is more stable, production rates are up, trading with China is down, but the constitution and the bill of rights and historical documents stay in the new nation.
