Peacefully grant the State of Nebraska to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own New Nation.

In order to restore those founding principles of liberty and self governance that The United States Constitution was created to protect, We the people should reestablish within these borders of Nebraska a sovereign nation that will live free of oppression from Washington D.C. A single city that time and time again refuses to stay within the enumerated powers granted to it by the people through the constitution. The power of the federal government is not supreme. James Madison and Thomas Jefferson reminded the people that those laws passed by congress that were not pursuant to the constitution were of no binding power throughout the many states. We simply call upon the federal government to return to its original limits or peacefully grant us our leave of this union.
