Peacefully grant the State of Nebraska to withdraw from the Untied States of America and create it's own New government

It is with a sad heart that we the people of the State of Nebraska find that the United States of America government no longer represents the values and goals of the people. As the founding fathers of the United States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776:
Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government
