Declaration of immediate causes which induce and justify the secession of Nevada from the Federal Union.
Wheres the Federal government has failed in giving protection to life, liberty, or the property of our citizens, to wit:
The Federal Government, has for years entirely failed to protect the lives of Nevadans by allowing the murder of infants in mother's wombs; and more recently has allowed murderous forays of banditti from the neighboring territory of Mexico, thus rendering our condition more insecure . These and other wrongs we have patiently born in vain hope that a returning sense of justice and humanity would induce a different course of administration.Realizing our State can no longer look for protection by the Obama administration, but to God and Nevada's own sons.
