Peacefully grant the State of Nevada to withdraw from teh United States of America and create its own NEW government

to maiintain and build better Civil Liberties and Freedoms as listed in the Constitution of the USA and protect the rights guaranteed to Nevadans by the Bill of Rights from the now defunct Constitution of the USA.
