peacefully grant the state of Nevada to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own new government

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another,and to assume among the powers of the earth,the seperate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them,a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the seperation. Governments are instituted among Men,deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed--That whenever any form Government becomes destructive of these ends,it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new Government.
