Peacefully grant the State of North Dakota to withdraw from the United States of America and create it's own government.

A request to create a country that resembles the country that we used have as written in the American Constitution and the Bill of Rights practicing fiscal responsibility, transparency in government, freedom of religion and habeas corpus.
