Peacefully grant the State of Pennsylvania to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own government

Based on the polarized results of the recent Presidential election, and the nature of the issues dividing us being of a fundamentally non-compromising nature, it seems evident that a second established government is necessary in this country. The non-succeeding states can be governed under the principles of larger government providing centralized benefits to its constituents funded through higher taxes. the succeeding states can establish a new government, restricted in size, based upon private market trade with limited taxation and benefits. This petition signifies Pennsylvania's willingness to be part of the new government of those states withdrawing from the USA.
