Peacefully grant the State of South Dakota to withdraw from the United States union and create its own NEW government.

Not having passed a budget in over 4 years, skyrocketing national debt, trampling on the constitution, creating strict regulatory infringements, we believe, to uphold our standard of living, it would be best to secede from the union.
