Peacefully Grant the State of South Dakota to withdrwal from the United States of Ameriand create its own NEW Government

The president is not taking care of this or any other states of the US. Many others are doing this SAME factor, and I speak for the people of South Dakota and we agree. We can independently run and manage our own state within a STABLE and EFFECTIVE newly formed Government. We need a better solution and the white house nor the president is that solution.
