Under confusing Federal programs and laws, our individual States have become oppressive regimes in exchange for Federal government funding. This is not a fault of the State nor the fault of the Federal government but is a tempest created by the combination of these two powers.
Corporations should be prevented from taking legal action that threatens the liberties of Americans and the courts should not be operated on a "precedent first" basis, instead focusing fully on the question of "how will our decision best benefit society? Are felony designations realistic?" Government should not be in the business of corporate bailouts but with welfare with a focus on societal reintegration and lean and mean military presence.
With these ideals, Tennessee declares its sovereignty.
