Peacefully grant the State of Utah to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

With a right given to us by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, trusting in God, knowing themselves to be free respectable people who value their freedom, we the residents of Utah are sending to you, Mr. President petition, demand:
Peacefully grant the State of Utah to withdraw from the U.S. and create its own NEW government.
Do not charge more federal taxes on the citizens of the state of Utah.
Withdraw from the territory of the state of Utah all units of the federal army.
Not to interfere with the state of Utah contacts with all free nations.
Like the founding fathers, we say to you, Mr. President, as the previous king of England, that the State of Utah by right to be free and independent and free from any connection to the U.S. administration.
