Peacefully grant the State of Vermont to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The current government system no longer represents it's people or the principle on which our founding fathers created this country on. We the people would like to peacefully grant the State of Vermont to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government. But remain an ally if possible.
