Peacefully grant the State of Virginia to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

We the people of the State of Virginia request that you peacefully grant this State to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own new Government. We feel that the Constitution of the United States has not been upheld in its entirety by the Government or its current Administration. As a result, we feel that it is time for us to structure our own new Government to ensure the continued freedoms that the Constitution grants to all men and women of any color, race, sex, etc. We ask for this restructuring without the help or involvement whatsoever of the federal Government in our internal matters. It is our intent to return our governance to the original guidelines as set forth in the Constitution.
