Peacefully grant the State of Virginia to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

As stated in the Declaration of Independence, government derives "their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government."
Not only is it the RIGHT of the People to abolish it, it is the DUTY of the People to abolish it and start anew.
The history of the present administration of the United States "is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States." To prove this, let these facts (among others) be submitted: obstruction of the administration of Justice, erection of a multitude of new offices, imposition of Taxes on us without our consent.
