Due to over-taxation, abusive federal governmental control over citizens, and a self-serving federal government, all of which are excessive and punitative to those who pay taxes and expect to live freely, the state of Virginia asks for a peaceful separation from the out of control, bloated, and irresponsible federal government.
Considering that the federal government has all but disbanded the constituion of the United States, it is clear that it is time for the citizens to take peaceful control from the federal government and through it's state rights, re-establish that which has been lost and abused by declaring the state of Virginia's sovereignty for the benefit of its citizens.
