Peacefully grant the state of Virginia to withdraw from the United States and create its NEW government.

When Jefferson penned the Declaration of Independence, he thumbed his nose at the most powerful empire in the world, that same empire that brought his ancestors to the colonies and supported them. The founding fathers stood up to a government that no longer put the people first. I believe that this very reason is why the first words of the preamble are “We the People”, not only was it the idea of a republic, but it was their idea of a government that would never forsake its own people. Our government does not care about the people of this country anymore, the Obama Administration only cares about shaping the country into their socialistic, and neocolonialist vision. We can look back on what the founding fathers did and say how smart they were, or we can do what they would have done.
