As the founding fathers of the united States of America made clear in the Declaration of Independence in 1776:
"...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government..."
The Citizens of the great state of Virginia have the right to stand for their principles. A man has unalienable rights, which are not the dispensations of the government, but find their beginnings in God and come from God alone. These are the principles that our forefathers stood for, the principles upon, which our Constitution is based, we the people, do consider this present government to be destructive & wish withdraw
