Peacefully grant the state of Washington to cede from the union. And to creat it's own new constitution based government

The people of Washigton state respectfully request that we be aloud to cede from the union, as we are not being effectively served or heard by the federal government. Our newly passed laws do not coincide with the wishes of the federal government, and our businesses are suffering under too many regulations.
