Peacefully grant the State of Washington to secede from the United States to form its own NEW form of government.

Given that the state of Washington maintains one of the highest unemployment rates in the Nation, the Federal Government has neglected us, the people. It is morally wrong to spend trillions of tax payers money for health care and education when so many cannot afford food. The Government and Obama administration has forgotten it's people. So it is practically feasible for Washington to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it's citizens' standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.
