Peacefully grant the State of Washington to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The people of Washington petition to peacefully withdraw from the union in response to the restricted liberties and flawed policies of the federal government, both social and economic, in order to maintain the ideals of the founding fathers.
If effected, Washington would peacefully secede, establish its own government, and maintain the right to peacefully rejoin the union.
