Peacefully grant the State of Washington to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government

The US struggles with many economic problems due to federal government's refusal to reform domestic and foreign spending. The bureaucratic institutions in place have become too large for the American citizens to fund. The American citizen's 4th amendment rights are clearly being violated under the NDAA for 2012, the TSA searches, and Patriot Act etc. The state of Washington's economy and education system would benefit in many ways if the federal government operated under its original constitutional boundaries. The citizens of Washington should not be held accountable for funding a government that cannot prove to be fiscally responsible. Therefore we wish to declare a formal succession from the United States of America.
