Peacefully grant the State of Washington to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own Government.

Given that the elected government of the United States can not resolve issues of concern to the citizens of the State of Washington in a timely,financially responsible fashion. We the undersigned do wish that our State withdraw from the Union known as the United States of America and found The Republic of Washington, a nation requesting the right of self determination under the laws of the Constitution of the USA that allow succession and per the UN charter granting a State nationhood, which the USA is a signatory to.We request this parting with neither prejudice or malice but with the belief that our people can best govern our state without the encumberance of participation in the regulatory administration offered by our State's continuing membership in the United States of America.
