Peacefully grant the State of West Virginia to withdraw from the current union. To free West Virginia from a government that no longer supports the views of our founding fathers or our citizens.
By the Decleration of Independence, it is not only our right, but our obligation to refuse to sit quietly under a tyranic Governmnet.
We the people of West Virginia Peacefully petition our government for our freedom that we are intitled to. To without violence or dictatorship repercussions allow this and any other state to sadly withdraw from the United States of America.
A great country, let us pursue the path she was started on.
