The citizens of West Virginia request peaceful withdrawal from the United States of America for the following reasons: 1) a federal war on coal, 2) a federal attack on gun owners rights by invoking UN regulations, 3) a federal attack on individual freedom by forcing citizens to buy a stated minimum coverage health care plan, 4) a federal attack on the welfare of future generations due to a lack of control over government spending (currently approximately $51,807.90 debt per citizen), 5)a federal attack on all religious freedom by the invocation of the phrase "separation of church and state" when such phrase cannot be found in any legal founding documents, etc. Based upon these grievances among others, the citizens of West Virginia respectfully request a return to a state run government.
