Peacefully grant the State of West virginia to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government. When in the course of human event it become necessary for We the people of West Virginia tp dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another We will not be held by the tyranny of the present government! West Virginia demand withdraw now of these United States of America . This government is taking our rights given by the U.S. Constitution, when the United Nations were given access to our country, this was a violation to the rights of all Americans! .
