Peacefully grant the State of West Virginia to withdraw from the United States and create its own NEW government

The State of West Virginia has been under a microscope from the Obama Administration when it comes to the EPA. We have lost so many jobs due to Obama and our people are suffering because of it. The Obama administration continues to strip our liberties away with the NDAA and and allowing the TSA to continue to harass the citizens of West Virginia. This administration has not followed the constitution on any issue, especially when it comes to war. Congress has to declare war, Obama and Penetta continue to tell congress that they will go to the United Nations to get approval to go to war with Iran if that is to happen and then tell congress. Our founding fathers did not put that power in the President for this very reason.
