Peacefully grant the state of West Virginia to withdraw from the united states and create its own NEW Government.

West Virginia has suffered because of the current administrations war on coal. West Virginia also did not vote in favor of the continued presidency of Obama. We ask that the Obama administration Grant the right of the state of
West Virginia to secede from the Union of the United States in order to secure its financial future and grant its citizens the right to pursue the use of its natural resources without the unfair treatment of the federal government.
